There is a big difference between this network and others; no other network seeks out appraisers who specialize in valuing foreclosure properties and who are knowledgeable about predicting value based upon parameters requested by the client.

Appraising properties that are going to be sold sometime in the future requires a much more analytical approach than the typical appraisal for a mortgage origination.

All values remain a permanent record in our database so that when the property is re-sold we can evaluate the historical values given. By doing this, FPRE can ensure that its appraisers are staying abreast of market trends. Just as value providers need to be aware of declining markets, FPRE wants to make sure they also recognize when a market is improving so that the highest possible value is gained.

In addition, every valuation performed by an appraiser is reviewed to ensure that valuation standards have been met.
